"C# 8 is designed to work the Microsoft .NET Core 3 runtime..."

I think that should be:

"C# 8 is designed to work WITH the Microsoft .NET Core 3 runtime..."

This is for consistency' sake too, since the passage in parentheses that begins on the line below has: "whereas C# 7was designed to work WITH..."
