Up to this point, everything was displaying properly in Google Chrome, but when I finished entering the code on these pages, the links suddenly disappeared, and all Chrome would display is the menu bar with the author's name across the top. I tested the example code in Chrome, and I got the same results. In the Safari browser, everything works properly. The links display properly, and turn blue when I mouse over them, and the "loading" box displays properly. I am displaying these pages on my computer only.

page switch

On the latest Sony reader, PRS-T1, the epub version seems to have a glitch on page 56.
I cannot go to the next page. It continues to load the page 56.
To be able to continue to read, I have to enter page 57 manually.
I have no special viewing settings, no zooming. The font setting is switched to original and it happens with the smallest and the next to smallest font setting.

$('#dates li a').bind('click touchend', function(){

Hey,

This is more a note than an error (or a request for change?). When I put the native application on the phone, the refreshEntries() function is called twice because of the binding above. The reference is the final listing of kilo.js and isn't altered during Chapter 6. I removed the 'click' binding as noted in a previous chapter.

Great book, really enjoyed reading and working through.

Bought the print edition, but it does not have an index. Will an index be made available online for downloading?
