Photoshop) by combining it under quitting above. Adjusted the columns so that no other pages will be affected once those two lines were deleted.

second column have been combined to create: View box Layer Palette, 408 Navigator Palette, 380 To make this happen, the pagebreaks are different, and some text moved to the next page.
