On page 134, the last bullet point reads:
"Open the Envelope document, and then use the name and address at the top of the letter as the basis for an evelope with a pre-printed return address."
The Envelope document is not available, so this bullet point should be removed.

First sentence under "To complete a data entry" |
It should read "Click on the Enter button to complete the entry and stay in the same cell." It currently reads "Press the Enter key to complete the entry and stay in the same cell." which would complete the entry, but would move to the next cell in the same column rather than stay in the same cell.
Note from the Author or Editor:
Please change the first arrow bullet point under "To complete a data entry" from "Press the Enter key to complete..." to "Click the Enter button (the check mark) on the Formula bar to complete..."
Please apply the Interface Object character style to the words "Enter" and "Formula." |

COUNTA should be COUNTBLANK
On page 244, step 2 of the "To count empty cells" section refers to the wrong function.
Change:
"On the Formulas tab, in the Function Library group, click the More Functions button, point to Statistical, and then in the list, click COUNTA."
To:
"On the Formulas tab, in the Function Library group, click the More Functions button, point to Statistical, and then in the list, click COUNTBLANK."
