Table 1-1 missing duration code On page 50, Table 1-1 is missing a duration code for "Months." Change: "Mo, Month" To: "Mo, Mon, Month"

"task" should be "project" On page 82, answer B to question 3 uses an incorrect term regarding a project. Change: "B. Copy the Night Shift calendar in the Change Working Time dialog box and apply this calendar to the Taking Inventory task." To: "B. Copy the Night Shift calendar in the Change Working Time dialog box and apply this calendar to the Taking Inventory project."

"48" should be "192" On page 170, Answer B for Question 3 is incorrect. Change: "B. 48 hours" To: "B. 192 hours"

10,000 should be 1,000 On page 201, the second sentence of step 18 is incorrect. Change: "Project changes the value to 40 Square Yards and the Cost to $10,000 (40 square yards at $25 per square yard)." To: "Project changes the value to 40 Square Yards and the Cost to $1,000 (40 square yards at $25 per square yard)."

"Resource Management" should be "Formatting" On page 203, step 2 of Exercise 7 refers to the wrong toolbar. Change: "Choose All Resources on the Resource Management toolbar and scroll to the bottom of the drop-down list." To: "Choose All Resources on the Formatting toolbar and scroll to the bottom of the drop-down list."

"Choose two" should be "Choose three" On page 367, the instructions for Question 7 which state how many answers you should choose is incorrect. Change: "(Choose two. Each represents part of the answer.)" To: "(Choose three. Each represents part of the answer.)"

Instructions in Step 3 are incorrect On page 450, the instructions in Step 3 is incorrect for this specific practice. Change: "3. To create a task report, click New in the Custom Reports dialog box, select Task, and then click OK." To: "3. To edit a task report, select Completed Tasks in the Custom Reports dialog box and then click Edit."

Answer A is not a correct answer On page 475, Answer A of Quesiton 3 is incorrectly marked as correct. Change: "A. Correct: Edit and Indent is a valid option for indenting a task to make it a subtask." To: "A. Incorrect: The Indent option is not available in the Edit menu."

Answer B explanation is incorrect On page 478, the explanation for Question 3 Answer B is incorrect. Change: "B. Correct: Using the formula Work = Duration/Units and knowing that the duration is 4 days on a 24-hour schedule and that units = 200% (four machines at 50% capacity), the formula reads W=4/200%=4/2=2. 2 days is 48 hours on a 24-hour calendar." To: "B.
