Image Previews: My copy of PSCS3 offers only Always, Never, Ask. But since I only have CS3 and not the
full Creative Suite, perhaps the options shown may be different.

Append File Extension: My options are Use Lower Case and Use Upper Case.

The next two have correct explanations, but the headings are wrong.

Prefer Camera Raw or JPEG files: should be 'for' not 'or'.

Prefer Camera Raw or JPEG files: should be 'for Supported Raw Files'.

Ignore EXIF sRGB Tag: Should be Ignore EXIF Profile Tag. But certainly the sRGB tag is the most common
need for this.
