Errata

Please change the 3rd to last sentence of 2nd acknowledgement graf to read:

2nd sentence, Fig 1-3 Top: However, it doesn't have to live..." the word "have" is not the correct font - it is not condensed as is the rest of type

step 9, 2nd graf, change last paren to read:
