About your presenter

Pete Pardo is in his 20th year at O’Reilly. He has over 25 years of experience in IT and tech publishing and over 30 years in customer success management and sales-related roles. For the last seven years, Peter’s worked specifically with O’Reilly’s major federal and state government accounts, lending his consultative and relationship-building skills while diligently supporting his clients as their product specialist, trainer, and go-to O’Reilly expert. Peter’s a lifelong resident of the beautiful Hudson Valley in New York, where he lives with his wife and three dogs. He’s a passionate music lover, runs a few YouTube channels and a music website, is an avid New York Mets fan, and enjoys cooking, movies, and craft beer.
