24+ hours of video training plus practice exam
Overview
PMPâ is a globally recognized and sought-after certification. Per PMI, “CIO magazine ranked the PMP as the top project management certification because it proves you have the specific skills and experience employers seek. Certified PMPs report earning up to 25% more than non-certified project management professionals.”
The videos in this course are broken up into individual ‘bite-sized’ lessons that correspond to each topic of the PMP syllabus to prepare the student for the content in the exam. The 2021 exam covers content from the PMBOK Guide® 6th edition, Agile concepts and workflows, which are all fully explained in this course. At the end of each section there is a practice quiz and there are over 250 flash cards for students to test their knowledge.
The benefit to using this training is that, unlike a webinar or in-person course, you can learn at your own pace and repeat modules as needed. You can watch videos over and over to reinforce the concepts and review the flash cards to help with memorizing terms and processes. There are also two practice tests consisting of 180 questions each that simulate the exam experience.
