About Jennifer Reed, Director of Product Management

Jenn Reed is responsible for defining and implementing product strategy for Novetta Entity Analytics. In this role, she provides oversight of technical and marketing strategy for the product and establishes and maintains relationships with clients, partners, and analysts, seeking new market opportunities. Jenn joined Novetta after serving as a Senior Product Manager at IBM, where she was responsible for overseeing MDM strategy for Big Data, including unstructured data correlation, for which she was a co-inventor, and entity resolution on Hadoop. With more than 20 years of technical expertise and background in financial services and government, Jennifer is passionate about turning that knowledge into easier to implement solutions that solve the highly complex, real-world needs of Big Data customers.

About Kris Heim, Chief Data Scientist and SVP Product Development

Kris Heim is responsible for providing technical leadership in product development and leading efforts to ensure Novetta delivers on our customer’s most challenging large-scale data initiatives. Previously, Kris served as Vice President of Engineering at White Oak Technologies where he was instrumental in the design and development of the company’s WAREMAN entity resolution product as well as many of their large-scale data solutions for both government and commercial clients. Kris has over 25 years experience in the development and deployment of large scale and high performance data processing solutions across diverse problem areas. He received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Tennessee Technological University.

About Carl Zmola, Senior Computer Scientist and Data Engineer

Carl has spent the past 10 years developing and deploying complex, high performance data analytic systems, focusing on making complex results simple to understand and use. Prior to focusing on Data Analytics, Prior to focusing on data analytics, Carl spent 15 years developing software for a variety of industries. Mr. Zmola received a Bachelors in Physics from the University of Chicago, a MS in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a MBA from Utah State University's Huntsman School of Business.
