Adam StJohn Lawrence

Bio

Adam Lawrence is a customer experience consultant, comedian and actor with a background in psychology and the global automotive industry. For years he has been using expertise gained in the world of theater, film, stand-up comedy and storytelling to help people in organisations work together better to provide value. Adam is co-author of This is Service Design Doing and This is Service Design Methods. He is also co-founder of the prizewinning agency WorkPlayExperience, working worldwide in service innovation and customer experience. He is co-initiator of the Global Service Jam - the world’s biggest service design event (so far). Adam teaches at various design and business universities, is an adjunct professor at the prestigious IE Business School in Madrid, and is co-host of the "This is Service Design Doing" executive school.
