Yanpei Chen recently joined the performance team at Cloudera. He just received his PhD at the University of California, Berkeley, where he worked on workload-driven design and evaluation of large-scale Internet datacenter systems. He held a National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship, and participated in industrial collaborations with Cloudera, NetApp, and Facebook.
