Volker leads technical evangelism for DevOps in the Microsoft DX/TED organization. He has over 25 years of experience working with developers and IT operations professionals in various roles. In 1998 he joined Microsoft to work as technical evangelist and evangelism manager for developers and IT professionals. His focus is on technical strategy and enablement for the global Microsoft DX field evangelism organization. In his current role he combines his experience and knowledge of developer and operations audiences to get company’s started and improving their DevOps strategy. He is helping customers discovering the positive impact that DevOps practices have on organizational culture, the development lifecycle, and the bottom line.
