Terry Kline joined Navistar in September 2013 as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer. He is responsible for all information and technology requirements globally. In addition, he is responsible for Navistar’s Connected Vehicle strategy, including OnCommand® Connection (OCC) and Over-the-Air programming, and for growing adoption of OCC. Kline holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Toledo and a Masters of Business Administration from Indiana University. He is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc. and the Association of Computing Machinery.
