Race Clark

Race is currently a Research Scientist at the University of Oklahoma’s Cooperative Institute for Mesoscale Meteorological Studies. In this role, Race works at the NWS Storm Prediction Center building systems that predict the human impacts of tornado outbreaks before they occur. He has a Ph.D. in Meteorology from the University of Oklahoma where he worked on developing new tools, techniques, and strategies for improving forecasts and monitoring of floods and flash floods in the U.S. and around the world.
