Mateusz is a software engineer specializing in distributed computing and the JVM. He is currently working at H2O.ai, the company behind H2O an open source, scalable machine learning platform. He obtained his M.Sc. in Computer Science from AGH UST in Poland, after which he moved to work on machine learning and NLP problems at Fujitsu Laboratories in Japan, where he is still currently based. In his spare time he tries to be part of the IT community by organising, attending and speaking at conferences and meet-ups.
