Luis Otero

Luis Otero is a Senior Software Engineer at Google. Working on the Fleet Efficiency team, Luis identifies and implements software optimizations to improve the performance and efficiency of Google’s products and computing infrastructure. His primary expertise is in software infrastructure, ranging from operating systems, through networking, to database and storage systems. Luis holds a MSc degree from the California Institute of Technology.
