In her research, Francesca uses different techniques including statistical modeling and machine learning to analyze users’ behavior and their interactions with web applications. Before joining Microsoft, she was a post-doctoral Research Fellow in Business Economics at Harvard Business School. She holds a Ph.D. in Economics and Management.
