Drew Paroski

Drew oversees engineering development and operations at MemSQL. He previously served as architect and manager, leading development of the new native SQL compilation architecture in MemSQL 5. Before MemSQL, Drew worked at Facebook where he co-founded HHVM, a JIT compiler for PHP used by a number of popular web properties including Facebook, Wikipedia, and Baidu. Prior to Facebook, Drew worked on the .NET compiler and runtime at Microsoft. Drew holds a bachelor’s and master’s in Computer Science from State University of New York at Binghamton.
