Danfox Davies is a biodesign entrepreneur, completed a BSc in biochemistry at the University of Southampton, and is founder and CEO of Vulpine
Designs. He is from West Yorkshire, frequents hackerspaces and DIYbio labs, such as Forma Biolabs, and wants to establish a lab near Cork, Ireland, with staff accommodation for research and development, in time for Indie Bio EU next year. His current work involves designing a bioprinter, putting ideas for software into UML for his colleagues, and investment pitches. His dream is a future in which everyone can edit their own genes in every cell of their body at home as easily as they can use a 3D printer today, if not better.
