Your Instructor
Samuel Parri
Samuel Parri is a certified a Project Management Professional (PMP); he also holds an advanced master’s certificate in project management from George Washington University as well as certifications in customer success management, Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology (COBIT), and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v3.0. Samuel started his career as an engineer and held subsequent roles in research, engineering, development, and product marketing. As his interests expanded to sales, services, and customer support, he realized that he enjoyed working with and helping customers manage their strategic projects and came to understand that no matter your role or position, leveraging fundamental project management principles helps to achieve project success. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and master’s degrees in business administration and telecommunications.
