- Master the seven distinct categories of human motivation and apply them to help people want to do the stuff you need them to do
- Apply strategies that help people change their habits and learn the right way to use rewards to motivate and collaborate
What compels people to take action? What motivates people to do just about anything, including working, playing, and learning? When you know what motivates people, you are more effective in collaborating and working with others.
In this class, behavioral scientist, Dr. Susan Weinschenk, and behavioral economist, Guthrie Weinschenk, guide you through the science behind what drives people to take action. There are seven distinct categories or drivers of motivation that, when applied properly, compel people to act. When you know what motivates people, you will be more effective in collaborating and working with others. Each section wraps up with a brief exercise to help you better understand those motivation drivers and how to apply them in your own work and life.
