Duncan Evans and Jess Brock will bring the SAFe implementation roadmap to life with case study examples, recommended approaches, anti-patterns to avoid, and the techniques that you can use to improve collaboration and productivity in established SAFe implementations, including tips for Release Train Engineers, techniques for tuning an Agile Release Train, and an effective approach to metrics.They will cover the 5.1 update and throughout the workshop there will be the opportunity to ask questions, including about specific challenges or problems.
