15.5. Annotation (Annotation Schema Component)
An annotation component consists of the important information items from the corresponding annotation element in the corresponding schema document.
An annotation component is represented in an XML schema document by an annotation element.
An annotation is an object having the following properties:
Application information
A sequence of appinfo element information items.
User information
A sequence of documentation element information items.
Attributes
A sequence of attribute information items that may be permitted on the annotation element whose names are not in the schema namespace.
