Mary Harron wrote and directed the feature films I Shot Andy Warhol (1996), co-written with Daniel Minahan, American Psycho (2000), co-written with Guinevere Turner, The Notorious Bettie Page (2005), also co-written with Guinevere Turner, and The Moth Diaries (2011). She’s directed television shows such as Homicide, The L Word, Six Feet Under, Big Love, The Nine, The Following, and Graceland. In 2014, she directed a short film as part of We the Economy: 20 Short Films You Can’t Afford to Miss, an anthology of shorts that sheds light on how the economy impacts our lives.
