In 2012, the Secret Service was a good place to work in the United States (U.S.) federal government. According to the annual Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey (FEVS), the agency scored in middle range of the annual score of “Best Places to Work.” Morale was solid among the employees and employees were highly motivated by their mission, with the hallmark position of presidential protection receiving the most public attention.
