Research Details
The questions of the survey, held in November 2017, were based on the Gender Parity SpotlightTM (GPS) survey which was created to obtain a baseline of data to create a targeted strategy to retain and grow the women in their specific organization. The GPS is based on extensive research conducted by Leverage HR to find out what types of barriers prevent women from accepting or gaining leadership positions in organizations.
