What We Did, Why We Did It, and What We Learned

To gain a better understanding of what we did and why we did it, it is worthwhile taking a few paragraphs to convey why the four authors were interested in the topic in the first place and the journey that brought them together.
The four of us had been on individual journeys in this area for many years, approaching the challenges of “leadership without boundaries” from slightly different angles. Our journeys crossed paths two years ago in Chicago, and we joined forces to pool our experiences and perspectives, conduct new research in the area of transglobal leadership, and then share our findings.
