Monitoring Your Computer’s Performance
If it interests you, you can easily monitor many aspects of your computer’s performance. Through Software Explorer (a feature of Windows Defender), you can view information about programs and processes that start automatically when you log on to Windows, programs currently running on your computer, and programs that are accessing the network.
