Troubleshooting Meeting Space
If a Windows Vista computer is experiencing difficulties initiating a new meeting or joining an existing meeting, you can troubleshoot your situation by following this procedure:
Make sure you are on the same subnet as the user who initiated the meeting. (In a networking environment that has IPv6-enabled routers or an ISATAP server, this is not an issue.) Verify that you have basic network connectivity with the other computer using ping -6 remote_address, where remote_address is the link-local IPv6 address of the remote computer.
