Creating a Panoramic Image
When you have a truly magnificent view, most point-and-shoot cameras are incapable of capturing it. The solution, available as a new feature in Windows Live Photo Gallery, is to snap a series of overlapping images and then "stitch" them together as a panoramic image. Assuming you start with images that were shot from roughly the same vantage point at roughly the same time with a decent amount of overlap (so that Photo Gallery can determine where each one fits in the overall panorama), the results should be acceptable, albeit thin.
From the Thumbnail view, press Ctrl+click to select the photos you want to stitch together. Then click Make on the Command bar and choose Create Panoramic Photo. Photo Gallery reads the selected ...
