Managing Your Site Content
The key to managing your site content is to make sure that you always have your users’ experience in mind at all times. You want your users to have a great experience with the site each and every time they visit it. You need to make sure that you do not inundate your users with too many Web Parts on the page while still making sure you have the right ones there for them. Make sure that the content on your site has a clear and specific purpose. It may be useful to have a short introduction or description of the site’s purpose in a Content Editor Web Part at the top of the page.
