Set the policy for minimum password change using the following steps:

  1. Path: Computer Configuration\Policies\Windows Settings\Security Settings\Account Policies\Password Policy
  2. Policy: Minimum password length
  1. Policy Setting: Define this policy setting by specifying the length of password
