Remote Assistance (2.3.1)

Remote Assistance in Windows Server 2016 is a feature that enables a helper to access the host's desktop remotely for the purpose of assisting with the resolution of issues. That means you must use the Add roles and features Wizard to add the Remote assistance feature to your server as shown in Figure 5.13:
