PEOPLE MAY SAY they want objective facts … but dig deeper and the reason they want those facts is always personal. Most behavior can be defined in terms of personal needs (as well as many other equally valid perspectives). We need to belong, we need security, and we need to feel that we make a difference in the world. All these needs can only be seen by certain subjective points of view.
