DEVELOPING CONFIDENCE AT WORK
With the traits for confidence understood, a plan hatched for our achievements and the limits of shyness or timidity side-stepped, confidence can become little more than the need to maintain progress. This is a great result, yet hurdles remain – not least at work and especially with respect to those we work with.
So what can we do to support our workplace confidence? We can change our attitude, that’s what.
