Spinscape launched its web-based mind-mapping application in July 2008, promising to offer a slew of compelling features to rise above the competition and make mind-mapping easy. A mind map, as Spinscape.com states, is “a diagram, or set of diagrams, used to represent words, ideas, tasks, or other items linked to and arranged radially around a central key word or idea.” At its core, it’s a method of generating and organizing ideas, collaborating with others, solving problems, and making decisions.
