Continuous Learning

A key requirement for successful organizations, more and more, is that employees are continuously learning and growing. Unlike days past when a set of strong skills could last for a career, most jobs now require constant updating of skills, mastery of new technology, and effort to keep up with new information.

But how do we create organizations where individuals have both the will and the opportunity to keep on a strong learning trajectory? We have to prepare individuals for ongoing learning, and prepare our organizations to provide it.
