This chapter is designed for the ‘student’ who wants to use the method for future work. The chapter shows a case study, with real data, and demonstrates the different stages of computation.

It will help show through which scientific paths we walked and how we reached what seemed to us to be clear and workable conclusions.

We debated whether we should put this chapter into the appendix, or make it a chapter in the book itself.
