Chapter 5. PKI-Enabled Services
The previous chapter discussed the core security services offered by a PKI: authenticity, integrity, and confidentiality. This chapter looks at security services that in some way can be enabled by a PKI. That is, these are not services inherent in or fundamental to any PKI, but rather services that can build on the core PKI services. Some PKIs may support these auxiliary services, and others may not.
