Having strong leadership to make sustainability the centre of business strategy. Companies will need all of these strengths as they demonstrate their value in the coming years to consumers and to society as a whole. Proving that value will be crucial in winning back trust but it will also be crucial in helping companies inspire the consumer behaviour change necessary for our world to survive and flourish in the coming decades.
