Fully engaged in the Global War on Terror during what has been characterized as “an era of persistent conflict,” the U.S. Army is also committed to an ambitious “enterprise transformation.” Fundamentally, however, without an enabling transformation in logistics there can be no genuine, comprehensive army-wide transformation.
