Transformational Measures
New, emergent, and transformational measures are beginning to radically change the way people and organizations view measurement. It is vital to appreciate how far we have come in using performance measurement as a new lens to transform the way we understand and drive some of the factors that were once ignored (or not seen), but which we now know are vital to organizational success. Unfortunately, organizations are still quite reluctant to change their performance measurement systems (which they see as almost sacrosanct), and, as far as we have come, there is still a long way to go.
