Chapter overview
At this stage of the Plan of Work the preparatory work for the planning submission commences with the collation of Site Information and preparation of Feasibility Studies. These inform pre-application discussions with the planning authority, which contribute to the development of the Initial Project Brief including review of the Project Budget and the Project Programme. Actions at this stage can include obtaining certificates of lawful use, lawful development certificates and making outline applications.
