Chapter 4. TOAD Procedure Editor
The Procedure Editor (or PL/SQL editor) is a better editing environment for PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, and database triggers than the SQL Editor illustrated in Chapter 3. This editor contains a PL/SQL debugger, which is a full-featured symbolic debugger.
This editor enables you to develop, save, run, debug, and tune PL/SQL wherever it appears in applications or the database.
