Ditch the Dashboard
Having sat through my share of boring presentations showing all the data and analysis done, I am constantly helping and sharing my knowledge of how to present data better. Start with knowing your audience. Do not use the same visual for executive, managers, and technical teams. Level of detail should be different as well, based on audience and purpose (summary, operational/troubleshooting). This chapter will share many other tips to master the art of storytelling with data.
