Introduction
You know what? We can’t stand introductions. I know, it’s a bold statement coming from a couple of authors, right? But it’s like some committee got together and said that you’ve got to have an introduction in your book. Oh, and please make it long. Really long, and really boring! In fact, make it so long as to ensure the fact that no one ever reads the introduction in your book, or any other one for that matter. And the vicious cycle begins.
