Introduction
Be well, do good. This axiom drives my work, wellness, and wellbeing and my desire to innovate, lead, and collaborate creatively, compassionately, and sustainably with others.
As a woman entrepreneur in the United States, I lead workshops on stress management; practice and instruct mindfulness, meditation, and yoga; and am employed as the director of entrepreneurship and wellness programs at a preK–12th grade school serving over 1,800 students and 300 staff in Houston, Texas.
