Taping the Ceremony
Now that everything is working properly and all camera operators are in position, it’s time for the ceremony to begin. At most weddings, there is usually music playing while the guests are being seated, so how do you know when the actual ceremony has started?
When to Begin Recording
There are two indicators to look for. The first clue to look for is when the grandparents are being escorted down the aisle to their seats. Be ready to start recording as you don’t want to miss this. I consider this to be the beginning of the ceremony, so I’ll continue recording until the end of the service.
If there are no grandparents, then look for the parents waiting at the back of the church as they prepare to walk down the aisle. ...
