Video description
The goal of this team at the UK’s National Health Service was to improve the quality of life for those at the end of life. This challenge focused the team on user experience and creating a product beyond electronic medical records. However, by embracing the best of practices of understanding the user, prototyping, testing, and incorporating user feedback, the team made substantive changes in the daily lives of citizens. The customer is king, even within government services.
